September, 1990 to Present: President, Frank K. Finneran & Co.: Finneran is CEO of this independent hotel consulting firm. The company provides hotel investment advisory sevices, development, asset management, litigation support, workout, and other executive level advisory services to hotel owners and lenders. MetLife, WAMU, Wright Hotels and the Bank of Hawaii are among the company's clients. Additionally, Finneran has served as a court appointed receiver and arbitrator in several contentious hotel matters.
 
January, 2003 to Present: Chairman & CEO, Washington State Convention and Trade Center: A Gubernatorial appointment.
 
March, 1980 to September, 1990: President, COAST HOTELS, INC.: Finneran was CEO of this full service hotel development and management company. Coast Hotel's developed two full service, first class hotels with a combined room count of 1184 rooms. Further, Coast acquired, rehabilitated and operated three mid-market properties. Finneran had bottom line authority and responsibility for all aspects of the company's development and hotel operating business.
 
March, 1980 to September, 1985: Sr. Vice President, SPACE NEEDLE CORP.: Finneran was COO of this, the largest visitor attraction in the Pacific Northwest, concurrent with his position at Coast Hotel's. Under Finneran's leadership the Space Needle was converted from a Westin Hotel managed property to an internally managed facility. The building was remodeled and a major addition added at its 100 foot level.
