Finneran has 40 years' experience in management, development and consulting for hotels. He rose through the ranks of Westin Hotels and served as the Manager of the Olympic and the Westin Hotels in Seattle and The Plaza, NY. Finneran served as the Managing Director and oversaw the development of the 840 room Seattle Sheraton. Thereafter, he served as President of Coast Hotels and oversaw the development of the 350 room Monterey Sheraton and the 350 room Seattle Waterfront Marriott. Finneran directed the acquisition and rehabilitation of three mid-market hotels and oversaw their management for Coast. He served as COO of the Space Needle concurrent with the above and directed its rehabilitation and repositioning. Mr. Finneran directed the efforts that have led to the successful workout and repositioning of the Monterey Marriott and the Kahala Hilton Hotel among others.

Since forming the consulting firm in 1990 Mr. Finneran has undertaken numerous consulting assignments for prominent institutions, lenders, and owners of hospitality properties in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, California, Florida, Alabama, New York, and Hawaii. MetLife and the Bank of Hawaii are among its clients. Finneran has served as receiver and arbitrator in several matters. ...

• Finneran is twice past President of the Washington State Hotel and Motel Association and past President of the Seattle Convention and Visitors Bureau. He has served as a Director of the American Hotel and Motel Association and as Director and executive committee member of the Seattle Sports and Events Council. He has been named Washington's Hotelier of the Year by his peers and recognized by two Governors of Washington and two Seattle Mayors for his contribution to the industry and the community.

• Finneran received his BA degree from the University of Denver in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has been a Certified Hotel Administrator and a licensed real estate sales agent in Washington State.

• Frank K. Finneran & Co. specializes in Hotel Investments for its own account and advises and consults with others. The firm concentrates its consulting practice in the following areas:
◈ New Hotel project planning and development services;
◈ New Hotel feasibility and prospective financial performance;
◈ Asset management;
◈ Workouts, restructuring and repositioning;
◈ Operational reviews and marketing audits;
◈ Acquisition and disposition analysis and due diligence; and
◈ Receiverships, Arbitration and Litigation support services.

• Finneran also serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Washington State Convention Center (WSCC), a post he has held since 2003. He has been appointed to the Board of the WSCC by four State Governors and King County Executive Constantine since 1988. As chairman Finneran also chairs the Addition Committee the entity that oversees the $1.8 billion addition to the WSCC, A project expected to complete in 2022.

• Additionally, Finneran and his wife Susan founded Bicycles for Humanity Seattle (B4HS), a non-profit dedicated to providing mobility to needy people in Africa. B4HS has collected over 10,000 bikes and shipped them to various towns and villages in South Africa.

• Finneran has long supported the Irish Diaspora in Seattle and served as the Grand Marshal of the Seattle St. Patrick's Day parade in 2013.
