St Francis Hotel Tower Addition and Main Building Rehabilitation:

A 600 room addition and renovation of the landmark St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. Total cost was $42,000,000. Finneran was Project Director and represented the owner (Westin Hotel's) in all the matters related to the projects development.

The Plaza Hotel Rehabilitation:

A $12,000,000 renovation of The Plaza, NY conducted shortly after Westin's acquisition of the hotel. Finneran was the hotel's Chief Operating Officer and oversaw all the aspects of the rehabilitation of this world famous hotel.

The Westin Seattle:

A $40,000,000, 450 room addition to Westin's flag ship hotel. Finneran was the hotel's General Manager and Project Director in charge of all the aspects of the development.

The Seattle Sheraton:

Finneran oversaw this $100,000,000, 900 room new hotel development. He served as Managing Director of the Managing Venture Partner and represented the owner in all the aspects of the project.

The Space Needle:

A $3,000,000 addition and rehabilitation of Seattle's Landmark. Finneran directed all aspects of the project as well as the business affairs of the Space Needle Corporation as its Chief Operating Officer.

The Monterey Marriott:

A $42,000,000, 350 room ground up development project. Finneran was managing General Partner and directed all the aspects of the hotel's development.

The Seattle Waterfront Marriott Hotel:

FKFCO was a joint venture partner and co-manager of the developer of this ground up, $80,000,000.00, 400 room hotel project. FKFCO sold its interest to Marriott after completing the entitlement process and just prior to the commencemet of construction.

FKFCO has consulted on numerous hotel development projects at an executive level.
